The Wild One

Step off the path. Into the trees. Into yourself.

To dine alone in nature is to honor the self not with isolation, but with presence. It is a radical act of self-love to eat slowly, intentionally, without distraction — to let yourself be witnessed by sky, trees, and your own breath.

Whether you are healing, celebrating, remembering, or simply listening… this is space made just for you.

The Wild Table is a one-person, five-course vegan meal served in total solitude, nestled in a wild, off-grid setting near Bend, Oregon. No servers. No noise. No performance. Just you, the wind, and the invitation to return to your own rhythm.

This is not a restaurant. It’s a ritual.

You’ll walk a quiet forest trail. Along the way, a handcrafted “walking snack” greets you — a small bite and sip to open the senses. At the end of the trail, your table awaits:

• A linen-draped table by water or stone

• A wildflower bouquet for beauty and grounding

• Five plant-based courses served under glass

• Shared carafes of handcrafted elixirs by High Desert Provision Co.

• Candlelight, silence, space

This is a love letter to your nervous system. A mirror for what’s true. A container for slowing down — not in theory, but in practice.
